When you send me your e-mail telling me what you want to buy, I will send you a response with the total cost
including shipping, heat pack, cold pack, box etc... Please make sure that you contact me within 24hrs
of receiving your package to let me know that your reptile has arrived safely. If your reptile is received dead, contact me immediately(within 24hrs) and I will arrange replacement of your reptile for free, unless I do not have any more of the same reptile, I will give you a reptile that is worth 1/2 the price or more of the reptile you received dead. (you will pay ALL shipping fees). Also, their is no guarantee that your herp(s) will arrive well & healthy if they are being shipped through temps of under 40 F or over 90 F.
